Services

Support for every season of life.

Individual, couples, teen, family, and group therapy, in person in Brooklyn or online anywhere in New York State.

01 — Service

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions for adults working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or change.

Who it’s for

Adults 18 and older who want a consistent, private space to work on what is weighing on them.

You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis to start. Many clients come simply because something feels stuck.

What to expect

Your first session focuses on getting to know you, what brought you in, and what you hope will be different.

Most clients meet weekly at first. As things settle, we may move to every other week.

02 — Service

Couples Therapy

Structured support for partners who want to communicate, reconnect, or decide what comes next.

Who it’s for

Couples of any orientation or structure, whether you are dating, married, or separating.

Couples therapy works best when both partners can attend most sessions.

What to expect

We begin with a joint session, followed by one brief individual session with each partner.

Sessions are longer to give both people room to be heard without rushing.

03 — Service

Teen Therapy

Therapy for teens 13 to 17, with clear communication and appropriate involvement for parents.

Who it’s for

Teens dealing with anxiety, low mood, school stress, identity questions, or family changes.

A parent or guardian attends the first part of the intake and consents to treatment.

What to expect

Teens meet with their therapist on their own, with privacy explained clearly to both teen and parent at the start.

We schedule periodic parent check-ins so caregivers feel included without overriding the teen’s space.

04 — Service

Family Therapy

Sessions for families navigating conflict, transitions, or a member’s mental health challenges.

Who it’s for

Parents and children, adult siblings, or blended families who want to understand each other better.

Family work can run alongside individual therapy for one member.

What to expect

We agree on goals together and decide who attends which sessions.

Sessions focus on patterns between people, not on finding someone to blame.

05 — Service

Group Therapy

Small, clinician-led groups for grief, social anxiety, and new parents. Eight members or fewer.

Who it’s for

Adults who want connection with others facing something similar, often alongside individual therapy.

Each member meets briefly with the group leader before joining.

What to expect

Groups run in eight-week cycles with a consistent set of members.

Confidentiality agreements are reviewed at the start of each cycle.
